What happens in a session?

Each session lasts 75 minutes and we dive into a different principle of the IEWIN Process as a way to explore your current relationship with food and body. After a brief chat, we do some awareness practices together. For this, you’ll need a quiet, private space with a mat, cushions and blankets on the floor. I’ll be guiding you into a deeply relaxed state so you can connect with your body and how you feel inside.

How much does it cost?

Each session costs £45, payable by BACS or PayPal. A minimum of 7 sessions are needed to begin to work through the process together. A session lasts 75 mins.

For a block booking of 12 sessions (3 months of weekly guidance) and you’ll receive a 10% discount - that’s £486 for 3 months of support, only £40.50 a session. To receive this discount we require payment of the full block in advance.

We want to remain accessible to all those who need our support and guidance, so if you can’t afford this, talk to us.

How do we connect?

I use Zoom, so you need internet connection and a phone/tablet/laptop with a webcam. You may want to use headphones. Before each session I’ll send you a reminder and the link to connect with me.

How many sessions will I need?

At least 7 sessions gets us started. I recommend working together for 3 months, 12 sessions, after which we can re-evaluate how we’re doing. Most people then move onto fortnightly or monthly check-ins at this point, or attend an in-person retreat to deepen their connection with their natural eater and spend time with others who are exploring how to eat what they need.

What’s it like working 121 with Emily?

I worked with Emily 121 for about a year. I can honestly say that it was the best healing therapy I have ever undertaken. It was certainly more powerful for me than any talking therapy. The sessions varied but in general we did very gentle yoga type movement together, breathing exercises and then we practised complete rest. Emily would talk to me as I relaxed encouraging me to let go of pain and self-limiting beliefs. With infinite kindness and skill, Emily helped me achieve a deep state of pain free relaxation in every session. In this state I was able to access my body’s inner wisdom and strength. It helped me enormously with my chronic pain conditions, my anxiety and insomnia and in my ongoing journey to establish kinder and more intuitive eating habits. We would sometimes (at my request) end the session with chanting. I would always come away feeling grounded but as light as air. She has helped me change my thinking around body image and achievement so that I can be much kinder to myself as I transition through menopause. I would say these sessions could help with mental, emotional and physical stress as well as disordered eating issues. Emily is an extremely gifted teacher and healer - the best I have ever worked with.
